Copy of online Receipt.
Copy of Birth Certificate( issued by Municipal Corporation / Municipality)
Two Passport size photograph of candidate.
Aadhar card of the Candidate and Father - Mother also.
Caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC Candidate).
SSSM ID of the child.
Ladli Laxmi Yojna Certificate (for Girls).
Photo copy of Bank Account (Father/Mother)
Income Certificate (Digital)
Domicile Certificate (Digital)
Blood group

Note: Failing to present the above mentioned documents will be subjected to the cancellation of registration and will not be considered for admission.

Kindly remember:

The age of candidate for nursery should be 3 to 4 Years 6 Months on 31st July 2025.
Child must be presented at the time of admission.
Name-spelling of child, father & mother must be same in all the documents.
Submission of registration form is not assurance / security of admission.
The selection of candidates will be done on the basis of online registration forms and is based on the availability of seats.
All the desired original documents should be presented at the time of admission for verification.
Non-submission of all required documents and furnishing of incorrect information will lead to cancellation of registration and non-consideration for admission.
